Task description
The Royal Netherlands Embassy at Sana'a requested the services of an experienced senior extension specialist to carry out 3 missions to the Extension Training Component of the ASMSP project in Dhamar: the mid-term review the final evaluation of phase 1, plus the formulation of phase 2 of this project. For the first and the last mentioned mission Staring Consult contributed as a team-member, while for the evaluation mission team-leadership was commissioned.
