Task description
In 2001 Staring Consult carried out its first mission to Turkey for the formulation of a projects on the Identification and Registration (I&R) of bovine animals in Turkey. The Terms of References were produced and described using the Logframe methodology.
The project was subsequently tendered under the PSO Pre-accesion Programme of the Government of the Netherlands.
The mission was carried out jointly with the VVA Department of the Dutch Ministry of Agriculture, Nature Management and Fisheries.
