Task description
Technical assistance to upgrade farm-management skills (organisation, planning and operation, financing and marketing) so as to improve the supply and the quality of perishable foods to the urban areas of the Samara region. Activities included among others the identification of training needs among target groups, the development of training pro-grammes and the conduction of workshops.
