Task description
Staring Consult BV carried out several missions for formulating projects. On the basis of fact-finding, feasibility assessment the Terms of References were described using the Logframe methodology. These projects were subsequently tendered under the PSO and Matra Pre-accesion Programme of the Government of the Netherlands.
