Task description
Staring Consult carried out 3 missions to Lithuana for formulating projects, which related to:
1) The development of the Lithuanian vegetables industry;
2) Upgrading the Quality Management for fruit and vegetables in line with EU regulations;
3) The establishment and maintenance of a quality monitoring system for fruit propagating material according to EU requirements.
On the basis of fact-finding, feasibility assessment the Terms of References were described using the Logframe methodology. These projects were subsequently tendered under the PSO Plus respectively the PSO Pre-accesion Programme of the Dutch Government.
