Task description
In February 2000 Staring Consult had the opportonity to respond to a request from the Ministry of Agriculture in Iran in its objective to restructure the National extension Service. High level discussions were held jointly with the CEO of the Dutch privatised extension service DLV in developing a change strategy. Staring Consult contributed additionally through the preparation and facilitation of a 6-day workshop addressing the different options for restructuring the National Extension Service.
