Task description
During 2000 and 2001 Staring Consult BV carried out 3 missions to Hungary for formulating projects, which related to:
1) Support to the Agricultural Intervention Centre (AIK) in Hungary;
2) The practice of Integrated Rural Development in Hungary;
3) Strengthening the Hungarian Fruit and Vegetable sector. On the basis of fact-finding, feasibility assessment the Terms of References were described using the Logframe methodology. These projects were subsequently tendered under the Matra, respectively the PSO Pre-accesion Programme of the Government of the Netherlands.
The first mission was carried out jointly with Laser (the Dutch Intervention Agency). The last mission was carried out jointly with the Productschap voor Tuinbouw in the Netherlands.
