Task description
Execution of a project for the creation of private agricultural advisory services, through the training of Estonian farm advisors in technical en economic aspects, communication and marketing skills and business management. Also, Staring Consult assisted the Estonian authorities in developing new ways for financing extension, and in general, in the formulation of national and regional extension strategies.
