Task description
Assessing the opportunities for improvement of seed potato production in the Rodope mountains with subsequent certification and distribution to other Bulgarian regions. Institutional development of relevant and related applied research institutions and the mechanisms for the delivery of extension services were formulated in a ToR ready for a tender procedure amongst twinned Dutch and Bulgarian agencies.
