Task description
1) Renovation of the greenhouse sector in the country. Staring Consult assisted in the establishment of the Greenhouse Services Assoiciation, and NGO aiming at delivery of agricultural services to (potential) clients. Furthermore a substantial contribution was provided in the training of staff in extension planning/management, acquisition, communication techniques, marketing of advisory products, technology transfer, and business planning.
2) Fact-finding and performance assessment of the major AKIS stakeholders in Armenia for formulating a project proposal and formulating the ToR on policy development in the field of AKIS.
