Task description
Technical assistance to the Albanian National Extension Project, aimed at setting up effective and efficient, public extension services as well as private advisory services (Regional Agricultural Advisory Centres) at Durres and Fier. Activities for the public services included training of high and middle level managers addressing their management skills and the development of extension strategies adapted to local conditions.Activities for the private centres included the development of a Master Plan and Business Plans, but also training of the staff in basic consultancy skills.
