Training Staring Consult advises and assists in establishing and/or restructuring rural extension organisations into advisory organisations, to become more client-oriented. The company trains staff and managers for the improvement of the performance in order to meet the assessed needs of the agricultural sector. The trainer(s) of Staring Consult are able to enhance skills in managing change in organisations. Training modules incorporate a strong analytical and diagnostical aspects (practising RAAKS or OOPP) practised on the basis of field visits, but also the transformation in action-oriented strategic plans. |
