The process of change requires orchestration and facilitation. Staring Consult provides senior management capacity (on an interim basis) for the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of both project-oriented activities as well as institutional activities in rural areas.

Change management introduces effective leadership through the use of the the five disciplines of the learning organisation:
